Green tea comes in many forms. I can think of many spontaneously. On the one hand, an energy drink with green tea comes to mind. Another drink would be a cleaning drink, and finally I can think of a green tea diet pill. But new reports show that green tea is a skin care ingredient.
Some quick facts about green tea include:
– Has shown benefits as a sunscreen formula.
– Has been effective in protecting animals against skin cancer.
Anti-inflammatory qualities are also apparent in green tea.
But, Dr. Mora, what's the big deal with all this? What can green tea do against wrinkles, sagging skin and other signs of aging? I would like to know how this can improve the overall well-being of my skin.
The short answer follows. Many studies have shown that green tea has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It does not take a rocket scientist, let alone a skincare expert, to understand why these two things are important: they eliminate all dead and stained skin cells while leaving room for news. skin cells on the surface.
It remains to be determined how much green tea should be contained in a skin care product or consumed orally. However, all over the world, people agree that green tea is very promising as an ingredient for skin care and should not be neglected. Oro Gold Cosmetics, a highly regarded skincare company that uses real 24k gold in its products, uses green tea as an ingredient in many of its best-selling products. I would just like to point out that Oro Gold Cosmetics is a leader in skin care and is one of the best skincare products on the market today. (I've got it in my Easter basket!) If I were a skin care company, I would not want to be a supporter, but there is not much, if any, better company to follow that Oro Gold.
As research reports and clinical studies surfaced, I will continue to report on the properties of green tea and how it can help your skin. Until then, keep an eye open for green tea in online skincare products, and remember that I told you to look for it. 🙂
I think it's safe to call green tea the Great Poobah of anti-aging. With many qualities, it's just a good thing.
