The genes of our parents determine the material with which we begin to design. They determine external elements like hair color and eyes, short or big, coordinated or clumsy, able to "see" how to fix mechanical problems or able to "hear" how to express concepts clearly.
More importantly, genes control the maximum lifespan of all living things. A sequoia has a duration of 1500 years; a mouse, two years old; and humans, from 115 to 125 years old.

In addition, Hagan discovered that "lipoic acid can directly affect metabolism and is a natural antioxidant found in green leafy vegetables, as well as in meat, even more potent than vitamin C."
We will all die, but what will be our health? With exercise and a healthy diet, we can usually change our lifespan and our lifespan.
