By the time we are at the point of our lives where the fight against aging is of interest, most of us have a part of us that is broken.
For some, there are knees or hips or chronic back pain
But one thing that most people would like to fix is their head. Or more specifically their thoughts and feelings.
Since aging is a mental problem, the repair of our brain should be of interest to most people.
The anti-aging is sold in a pot at the beauty counter, we can get knee and hip replacements, and painkillers are sold over-the-counter.
But from my 35 years of experience in the wellness sector, nothing will change our mental and emotional view of life.
Of course, antidepressants and ADD medications are distributed as sweets, but solid research to support their beneficial use is very thin.
So where are we if we want to live long and healthy. I highly value happiness as an anti-aging requirement, because if we are chronically unhappy or grumpy or sad, then it's just stressful.
And the stress hormones cause inflammation, which causes pain, which makes us even more miserable and we just feel old.
It can be helpful to get psychological or emotional support, and learn to master your mind, but it's up to you to apply it 100%.
To apply what you learn, you must see the value and you must believe that you will benefit from it.
So how would you change the way your mind works?
First, you must provide your mind with the right physical needs.
- Water, cheap and necessary.
- Quality fats for the cell membranes of your brain.
- Protein adequate to provide the amino acids that are the building blocks of your cells.
- A complete supplement of vitamins and minerals from a good diet and supplements.
Second, remove objects to meet your physical needs.
Sugar, cereals and processed foods to control the fuel in your brain.
Processed vegetable oils guarantee low inflammation and supple and healthy cells.
So many environmental toxins from your home office and your car. Replace all personal and commercial cleaning products with natural alternatives.
Third, control what you can control personally.
Apart from those listed above, there is one thing we do automatically, but we can control our breathing.
Slowing down consciously and controlling your breathing will change how you feel, it happens for everyone, if it takes a few minutes two or three times a day to do it.
Finally, conscious techniques.
There are many options such as various forms of meditation, yoga, tai chi, qigong and more active methods such as the Sedona method, Emotional Freedom Technique or EMDR.
The vibrant lifestyle offers a complete approach to anti aging if you choose to adopt the principles.
