At the time when I was interested in what's called the anti-aging movement, it was simply called "prevention." I remember reading a "Prevention" magazine with a fascinating interest, thinking that it was above all about going back to the basics, to the way you are what you eat, to a kind of concept. The magazine would feature articles on the direct relationship between body chemistry and nutrition; Titles like: Eat Well to Stay Healthy, Nutrition, the Solution for Healthy Aging, and the importance of essential nutrients to prevent wrinkles have been published every month.
In other words: optimal nutrition as a direct influence on health and disease prevention.
Fast forward 15 to 20 years: enters the revolution of anti-aging health.
As the saying goes; The more things change, the more they stay the same. Things are surely the same in terms of fitness, nutrition, well-being and disease prevention. It always revolves around the issue of prevention. Over the past 20 years, the technology has grown incredibly fast and the nutraceutical industry has introduced many quality products to the market that have contributed to this revolution.
They all have the same goal in mind: prevention.
The "secrets" of anti-aging health have always been to discover … During your own quest for health, fitness and prevention, do not forget that secrets for anti-aging health are nothing more than preventive measures that continually strengthens your immune system by keeping your body strong and ready for battle:
1 – Feed your genes well Follow the universal law of human physiology. Nationality, race, ancestry. We do not care? Your body needs the basic nutrients and the most adequate amounts to maintain life: carbohydrates, fats and proteins. We all know that, but for anti-aging reasons, these nutrients need to be optimized (complex carbohydrates vs simple carbohydrates / healthy fats vs. saturated ones … you get the photo), but most importantly, your most natural and unprocessed meals, the best. Examples: raw fruit – no fruit juice (digestion starts in the mouth) and vegetables, whole wheat grains and no sausages.

Eating in this way will keep blood sugar levels constant by avoiding dangerous ups and downs, which will eventually lead to fatigue and increased craving for sugar; Speaking of which … a low glycemic diet is very important, it plays a major role in anti-aging health and diabetes prevention.
Ideally, 60 to 70% of your diet should be fresh fruit and raw or cooked vegetables, and the remaining 25 to 40% should include grains, beef, poultry and fish. Keep processed foods to a minimum.
4 – Have your daily supplements However, you prefer to add them to your diet: pills, liquids, powders, mixes ready for use, etc. Do it.
5 – Exercise Start thinking seriously about the exercise … Find an activity that you like. Do you think there is nothing you would appreciate? Think again and think very hard because you might be surprised once you started doing something you never thought you would do, the next thing you know you like. Exercise is excellent for anti-aging health. It rejuvenates you almost instantly.
Yeah, I know you're skeptics who think, of course, hmm … But that's so true! If you have not moved in years, be patient. Good things come to those who wait! … your body will adjust miraculously quickly, and the pain or discomfort will disappear fairly quickly. I promise.
